자격요건 / 우대조건
•
영어필수, 중국어 우대
•
총 인사 경력 8년 이상
•
C&B 경력 최소 5년 이상
•
MS Office 문서 작업 능통자(Excel/Word/PPT)
•
비즈니스 수준 이상의 영어 (필수) 또는 중국어 (우대)
•
분석 및 시간 관리 스킬이 뛰어난 팀 플레이어
Job Responsibilities
•
Take initiative in preparing and implementing C&B projects for the organization
•
Coordinate C&B processes such as incentive planning, employee benefit coordination, promotion, etc.
•
Supervising the design and development of compensation policies as well as different schemes of the variable remuneration
•
Perform salary review to drive the desired organizational behavior and high performance culture
•
Manage annual performance assessment of the employees
•
Generating monthly labor cost for each business unit
•
Monitoring adherence to internal and external policies and legislation
•
Conducting market research and analyze data for domestic and international trends and practices
•
Reporting and provide advice to management on all C&B related subjects by analyzing data and using HR metrics
•
Any other duties as required by the superior or Head of Department that are commensurate with the role
•
8+ years of experience in HR management (Minimum of 5 years directly related to C&B)
•
Current or previous experience in Hospitality and Attractions industry is highly preferred
•
Language - English (required), Chinese (Optional)
•
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PPT)
•
A team player with good communication skills
